Job Description

Lead SuperintendentAs the Lead Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day field operations on healthcare renovation and addition projects ranging from approximately $5M to $10M in value. Key responsibilities include:Lead all field operations from project kickoff through completion

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders on-siteDevelop and maintain project schedules to ensure successful delivery

Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with project requirements

Manage projects in occupied healthcare environments with minimal disruption to operations

Partner closely with Project Managers to maintain budgets, schedules, and project quality

Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting

Utilize construction technology tools to support project execution and documentation

The successful applicant:Has 5+ years of experience serving as the lead superintendent on commercial construction projects

Has proven experience independently running projects valued between $5M and $10MHas strong healthcare renovation and addition experience preferred

Has experience working in occupied facilities is required

Has excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills

Is proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office products

Can manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining schedule and quality expectations

Is able to travel throughout Central Connecticut project locations
