Job Description
Lead SuperintendentAs the Lead Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day field operations on healthcare renovation and addition projects ranging from approximately $5M to $10M in value. Key responsibilities include:Lead all field operations from project kickoff through completion
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders on-siteDevelop and maintain project schedules to ensure successful delivery
Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with project requirements
Manage projects in occupied healthcare environments with minimal disruption to operations
Partner closely with Project Managers to maintain budgets, schedules, and project quality
Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting

Proven experience independently running projects valued between $5M and $10MStrong healthcare renovation and addition experience preferred
Experience working in occupied facilities is required
Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office products
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining schedule and quality expectations
Ability to travel throughout Central Connecticut project locations
