Job Description

This role leads a large, complex K-12 education project with athletic components in central Ohio. Partner closely with the Project Manager on schedule and quality

Lead subcontractors and manage site logistics and safety

Coordinate staffing, inspections, and milestone deliveries

Serve as the on-site representative with owners and architects

ProfileA successful K12 Superintendent should have:7-12 years' experience as a Superintendent on complex projects

Background in K-12, higher-ed, or similar institutional builds

Proven ability to control large, active jobsites

Strong subcontractor and trade relationships

Willingness to travel locally across Ohio as needed
