Lead SuperintendentSeeking a Lead Superintendent who can travel throughout Alabama and Mississippi to oversee field teams on complex commercial construction projects. This leadership role will drive project schedules, manage site personnel, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safe, high-quality project delivery from start to finish.Job Description:Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project completion aligns with timelines and budgets.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain seamless operations.Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to project specifications and plans.Prepare and maintain daily field reports, logs, and schedules.Identify and resolve any issues that may delay project timelines or impact quality.Lead and manage on-site personnel and subcontractors effectively.Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders as needed.The Successful Applicant:Experience with managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.Strong leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams and stakeholders.Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure smooth project execution.Ability to travel across Mississippi and Alabama as required.What's on Offer:Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 annually.Comprehensive benefits package.Opportunity to work on diverse commercial construction projects.
