The business is known for high repeat client rates, stable project pipeline, and a people-first culture that promotes from within.Job DescriptionLead on-site delivery of large K-12 construction projects. Partner with Project Managers to drive schedule and execution. Manage subcontractors, site safety, and daily operations. Oversee sequencing, logistics, and workforce planning. Experience in K-12, multifamily, or commercial construction

Proven ability to lead teams and control jobsite delivery

Strong subcontractor coordination and communication skills

Understanding of scheduling, safety, and project execution
