Lead Superintendent
- HealthcareThe Lead Superintendent
- Healthcare will:Lead all on-site activities for healthcare renovation and addition projects.Manage projects ranging from $5M to $10M in value.Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control efforts.Ensure successful execution of work in occupied and operational environments.Collaborate closely with project management teams, clients, and field personnel.Drive project delivery while maintaining budget, schedule, and client satisfaction goals.Utilize Procore, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam to manage project documentation and communication.Support and mentor field teams while reinforcing best practices and company standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. - Healthcare should have:5+ years of experience independently leading construction projects as a Superintendent.Proven experience managing projects valued between $5M and $10M.Strong background in healthcare renovations, additions, or similarly complex occupied projects.Experience working in active, occupied facilities is required.Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to travel to project sites throughout Central Connecticut, including Hartford, New Haven, Sharon, and Torrington.Must be able to work fully onsite.The Lead Superintendent- Healthcare will receive:Opportunity to join a well-established contractor with over three decades of success.Opportunity to lead impactful healthcare projects that serve local communities.Strong opportunity for career growth within an expanding Connecticut operation.Opportunity to work directly with experienced construction leaders and decision-makers.Competitive compensation package, including benefits, PTO, 401k, and vehicle allowance.
