Lead Superintendent

Lead SuperintendentDirect and oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain smooth workflow and resolve any issues. Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates. Supervise and mentor construction teams, fostering a productive and positive work environment. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work aligns with project plans and specifications.
