- Lead a high-quality early childhood classroom
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Support children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development
- Create positive classroom routines and use consistent positive guidance
- Observe and document children's development
- Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
- Communicate regularly with families
- Maintain classroom quality, safety, and organization
- Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements
- Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher
- Infant-Toddler, Preschool, or multiple age-group qualifications welcomed
- Professional early childhood classroom experience required
- Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
- Dependable, collaborative, and passionate about early childhood education
- $23-$25 per hour
- Full-time Monday-Friday schedule
