SoftWash Systems - Maverick Softwash We provide excellent customer service, soft washing homes and businesses. Soft washing provides an alternative to pressure washing. We use water-based, biodegradable chemicals that emulsify dirt and grime, breaks down bugs nests, and cob webs, as well as kills mold, mildew, algae, and bacteria, and sanitizes the surface we are cleaning. Soft washing uses only one-third the water of pressure washing, lasts four to six times longer, and doesn’t erode the surface, as pressure washing often can.

Job Summary

You lead a crew, providing outstanding service in soft washing home and business exteriors.

Responsibilities

Can you provide excellent Customer Service?
Can you follow up to make sure that all work areas are ready, and all equipment is working properly?
Can you follow up to make sure the truck is prepared for the day based on the home type you are cleaning?
Can you use equipment and the truck in within company guidelines?
Can you protect customers' property and landscaping from physical and chemical damages once trained?
Can you take quality before and after pictures along with work progress videos?
Can you confidently conduct the final walk with the customer and collect payment?
Do you always have safety in mind for both you and those around you?
Can you follow instructions to make sure proper chemical concentration are used to provide a quality cleaning?
Do you take pride in keeping your equipment clean and protected at the end of day each day?

Qualifications

Do you have exceptional customer service skills?
Are you a leader that others want to follow?
Are you goal oriented?
Do you follow safety guidelines and make sure others follow them as well?
Do you have a valid driver's license and clean driving record?
Are you willing and able to stand 6-10 hours a day?
Are you able to climb ladders?
Can you lift and carry up to 45 lbs.?
Are you able to be outside 6-10 hours a day?

Compensation: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
