This highly visible role is responsible for leading the redesign of our web experience while evolving our visual brand system across both digital and print channels. You'll serve as both a strategic design leader and a hands-on practitioner-guiding experience strategy, defining scalable design standards, and creating the critical assets needed for a successful website rebuild. From information architecture and user journeys to visual brand guidelines, motion standards, and component libraries, you'll ensure every interaction reflects a cohesive, modern, and customer-centric experience.

What You'll DoLead Website Experience Strategy & Design

Drive UX and UI design efforts for a comprehensive website redesign initiative

Define and refine site information architecture

Create user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models

Design responsive page templates and key digital experiences

Translate business requirements, content strategies, and customer insights into intuitive experiences

Facilitate usability testing, design reviews, and iterative improvements

Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Content, and Executive stakeholders

Build & Govern the Digital Design System

Develop and maintain a scalable design system

Create and manage component libraries and reusable assets

Define typography, color systems, spacing, iconography, layouts and interaction patterns

Establish accessibility standards and usage documentation

Collaborate with developers to ensure implementation quality

Create governance processes for long-term adoption

Evolve the Brand Identity & Visual Guidelines

Lead evolution of visual identity across digital and print

Develop guidelines for logo usage, typography, colors, imagery, illustration, layout and motion

Create brand application examples across websites, presentations, marketing materials and documents

Ensure consistency across audiences, channels and journeys

Print & Cross-Channel Design

Create brochures, one-pagers, reports, event materials, signage and presentation templates

Establish print-ready layout systems and production specifications

Ensure consistency between digital, marketing and print collateral

Prepare vendor-ready files and production guidance

Motion & Interaction Design

Define page transitions, microinteractions, hover states, focus states, loading states and animations

Create motion principles that reinforce usability and brand expression

Document standards for designers and developers

Influence Design Strategy & Stakeholder Alignment

Lead stakeholder conversations and design decision making

Present concepts and recommendations to leadership

Champion customer-centered design practices

What You BringQualifications

Significant experience in UX/UI design, brand identity development, and design systems

Strong portfolio demonstrating website redesigns, design systems, and brand guideline work

Experience creating information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, and component libraries

Ability to create brand systems that scale across digital and print

Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices

Experience collaborating with developers and documenting design specifications

Excellent visual design skills including typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and composition

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate design workflows and implementation

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading brand refreshes or visual identity transformations

Experience with large-scale website rebuilds or enterprise platforms

Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, professional services or regulated industries

Familiarity with design tokens and front-end implementation workflows

Experience with motion design tools and animation specifications

Print production knowledge including prepress, file setup, and vendor coordination
