Lead Warehouse Associate (Shipping & Receiving) Miami, FL Temp-to-HireTempExperts is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate (Shipping & Receiving) to support daily warehouse operations for a high volume company located in Miami, FL. This role includes basic warehouse functions along with support across order processing, shipping coordination, and end-of-day activities.Responsibilities:
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations.*
- Operate forklift to move, load, and organize materials.*
- Support order picking and packing as needed.*
- Review and inspect orders for accuracy and quality.*
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers for deliveries and pickups.*
- Generate shipping reports, print pick tickets, and prepare labels.*
- Assign and prioritize orders for order pickers.*
- Load PODs and related documentation into the system.*
- Assist with end-of-day reconciliation processes.
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.*
- Lead experience preferred. *
- Basic understanding of shipping and receiving processes.*
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a warehouse setting.*
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.*
- Forklift experience required.
