Lead Wobbler Teacher
Primrose School of South Meridian
Location: 3060 S. Eagle Rd. Meridian, ID
Primrose School of South Meridian is seeking a nurturing and experienced Lead Wobbler Teacher to join our early childhood team. Our Wobbler classroom serves children around 1 year of age who are not yet fully walking and acts as a bridge between our Infant and Toddler programs. This classroom follows a toddler-style daily schedule while providing the extra support and care wobblers need during this important developmental stage.

Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM
Compensation
- $17-$18 per hour, based on experience
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a Wobbler classroom for children approximately 12-18 months with a ratio of 1:5
- Implement developmentally appropriate activities following a toddler-style daily routine
- Support early mobility, language development, and social-emotional growth
- Maintain a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom environment
- Communicate daily with families regarding milestones, routines, and progress
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing, health, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to support smooth transitions from infants to toddlers
What We're Looking For
- Meets Idaho childcare licensing requirements
- Experience working with infants or young toddlers preferred
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and early milestones
- Calm, patient, and nurturing teaching style
- Reliable, organized, and confident in classroom leadership
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
