Job Description

Job Title: Learning Technology & AI Solutions ConsultantJob ID: 26-00520Location: RemoteDuration: 06 months of contractRole Summary The Learning Technology & AI Solutions Consultant leads enterprise learning platforms and AI-enabled solutions to deliver scalable, data-driven, and effective learning experiences.Key Responsibilities

Own and optimize the learning technology ecosystem (LMS, LXP, LRS, authoring tools).
Evaluate platform performance, adoption, data quality, and vendor solutions.
Translate AI capabilities into practical, ethical learning use cases.
Establish standards, governance, and best practices for learning technologies.
Partner with learning, enablement, and leadership teams to recommend the right tech solutions.
Ensure compliance, risk management, and data privacy across platforms.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in learning technology or related field.
Proven experience managing enterprise learning platforms and learning tech strategy.
Strong knowledge of LMS/LXP, SCORM, xAPI, learning analytics, and AI-enabled tools.
Experience implementing scalable, technology-driven learning solutions.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience with platforms like Workday/Cornerstone, Degreed/EdCast, Articulate/Rise.
Practical application of AI in learning (content, recommendations, analytics, automation).
Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills.
Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $66.00 - $68.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
