The Lease Administration Coordinator supports the property management team by preparing lease addenda and amendments for signature, entering renter’s insurance information, and reviewing the accuracy of leases and related documents.
Responsibilities:
- Review renter’s insurance documents to ensure policy and documentation requirements are met.
- Communicate issues with policy coverage or documentation to the property management team and ensure accurate entry of renter’s insurance information into the system.
- Review and process requests from Leasing and Property Management staff for lease amendments.
- Upload renewal proposals and lease regenerations, and add lease proposals upon addendum execution.
- Review monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports to confirm lease and lease charge accuracy.
- Compile and send reports to Property Management, Legal, and other departments.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience in property management, real estate, or a related industry preferred.
- Previous experience reviewing documents such as leases and titles preferred.
- High attention to detail with capability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in PC skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with effective interaction at all levels.
- Effective working independently or as a team member in project settings.
Compensation
The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $21.09 to $25.30 Hourly. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.Additional Compensation
