Job Description

At Nxt Property Management, we believe in creating communities where people love to live-and we're looking for a dynamic Leasing Agent to be part of our team at Goldstone Place Apartments. What You'll Be Doing

As a Leasing Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for future residents and a key resource for current residents. Your day-to-day may include:

Responding to inquiries and following up with prospective residents
Scheduling and leading tours, both virtually and in person
Assisting residents with work order requests and account questions
Managing resident files and administrative tasks
Delivering excellent service that builds lasting relationships

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service, even in challenging situations
Ability to work independently and proactively

Nice-to-haves (we'll train the right person!):

Familiarity with Fair Housing laws
Sales experience
Yardi Property Management Software knowledge
Understanding of budgets and financials
6+ months of multifamily housing experience
