With a strong commitment to operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and team development, APG fosters a collaborative environment where employees are empowered to grow while making a meaningful impact on the communities they serve.ABOUT THE JOBAs the Leasing Agent at Odyssey at Laurel Island, a 192-unit community, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and a trusted resource for current ones. You'll market available apartments, lead tours, guide applicants through the leasing process, and help the community meet its occupancy and leasing goals.WHAT YOU'LL DO

Market available apartments and respond promptly to prospective residents.

Conduct property tours and follow up with leads to secure new leases.

Process rental applications according to APG's written screening criteria, applied

consistently to every applicant.

• Prepare lease agreements.

• Maintain accurate records in the property management system.

• Assist current residents and support resident retention efforts.

• Ensure the property is presented professionally.

• Meet occupancy and leasing goals.

• Comply with Fair Housing laws and company policies.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

• Strong communication, customer service, sales, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to build relationships with prospects and residents, follow up on leads, overcome objections, and close leases.

• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management software.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and as part of a team.

• A professional, customer-focused approach.

• Availability to work weekends as scheduled.

• Reliable transportation.

• Experience with leasing, marketing, and occupancy goals preferred
