Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

As a member of our Operations team, the Leasing Operations Agent is a vital component of our community's day-to-day impression on prospective residents. As such, the Leasing Operations Agent is expected to maintain a high level of quality customer service and professionalism. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following but are not necessarily limited to those listed.Position Responsibilities include: Respond to prospect inquires via phone, email and AI handoffs Promote communities within the assigned portfolio by visiting local businesses on a weekly basis Manage in-site and virtual tours Process applications, approvals/denials, and lease executionKey Skills: Sales-oriented with a customer service mindset Comfortable with multi-channel communications Skilled in building rapport with customers Excel at follow-up and organization Attention to detail in application screening and approval procedures Adaptable to tech enabled workflows (e.g., coordinating with AI tools/CRM) Strong written and verbal communication and tech fluency

Learn property management platform for leasing, lease administration, accounting, service, and turnovers Enter resident payments into the property management platform, issue receipts and deposit funds into the property bank account daily. Manage all administrative activities to execute court processes for assigned property, including the preparation of case files, notifications and attendance at court hearings. Enter tenant and property work orders into the property management platform and track through completion. Conduct vacant unit inspections to ensure readiness for the next resident Conduct daily exterior inspection and generate work orders for any items found to need attention Maintain compliance with applicable Landlord-Tenant Code Track preventive maintenance programs Track and respond to all calls that are relayed through the after-hours answering service. Participate in selection of on-site employees and assist with daily supervision. Participate in enforcement of community rules and regulation
