Logan Property Management (LPM) is seeking an organized and proactive Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager at Peachtree Apartments, a 296-unit a single-room occupancy (SRO) property located at 901 F St, San Diego, CA 92101. This role assists with daily operations, leasing activities, resident services, and team coordination to ensure smooth property management and high resident satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Operations:
  • Support daily operations to maintain property standards. 
  • Assist with coordinating maintenance and repairs. 
  • Help manage vendor relationships and service quality. 
  • Monitor property appearance and functionality. 
  • Resident Relations:
  • Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly. 
  • Support the Community Manager in creating a welcoming and professional environment. 
  • Leasing and Occupancy:
  • Assist with leasing activities including unit showings, application processing, and move-in/move-out procedures. 
  • Help maintain occupancy goals and track leasing metrics. 
  • Conduct unit inspections and report maintenance needs. 
  • Team Support:
  • Assist in supervising onsite staff and maintenance personnel as needed. 
  • Support staff training and team communication. 
  • Help ensure a positive and productive working environment. 

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in property management or leasing, preferably in conventional multi-family housing. 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. 
  • Proficient in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Successful completion of background and drug screenings.
