Closers Wanted – Inbound Traffic provided

This is not a traditional leasing position. This is a sales role with inbound leads, systems, and clear expectations. We’re looking for a motivated, results‑driven Sales Representative with strong sales experience who thrives in a fast‑paced setting, enjoys building relationships, and is driven to acquire new customers while consistently meeting monthly sales targets.

Requirements

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within an active pipeline
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Uncover and assess customer needs through effective discovery and consultation    Guide clients confidently through each stage of the sales process
  • Conduct tours, complete follow‑up, and close deals efficiently
  • Accurately document client interactions, activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
  • Communicate updates, insights, and outcomes to internal teams
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively consult and close clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in a sales role, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self‑motivated with a competitive, goal‑driven mindset
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service while driving results
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage pipeline and sales activity
  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • Professional appearance and positive, team‑oriented attitude
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
