The Opportunity

As a Leasing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth across the Paris market. You will lead new and renewal leasing transaction activity specifically for 5-9 desk offices across the entire Paris portfolio. This is a critical segment for the region, representing a total capacity of 1,756 desks across 257 distinct office units, which accounts for nearly 10% of the total capacity of the Paris market.

This role requires a balance of commercial acumen, customer-centric thinking, and local market expertise. You will be the face of WeWork to prospective members; listening actively, providing insight, and crafting tailored workspace solutions.

What You'll Do

This role demands a commercial mindset, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to navigate high-pressure, fast-moving challenges. Your success will come from mastering the following key areas:

Sales Leadership:

  • Own the full sales cycle for the assigned desk categories; including qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.

  • Manage the touring process as an optional element of your direct workflow; while tours for the 5-9 desk segment are primarily conducted by the Community team, maintaining close alignment with them is essential to ensure a seamless sales journey.

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of potential new members using data-driven insights.

  • Structure deals that optimize revenue outcomes while aligning with broader business objectives.

Market and Product Expertise:

  • Become an expert in the Paris sub-markets; understanding pricing dynamics, nearby competitors, local trends, and customer needs.

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of WeWork's product offering, physical space, and platform value proposition.

  • Leverage Salesforce and internal systems to produce reports, manage opportunities, and support market analysis.

Relationship Building:

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospective and renewing members, understanding their business to create tailored solutions.

  • Act as a primary collaborator with the Community team to synchronize on building tours and lead handovers.

  • Partner with Building Operations and Development teams to ensure a high-quality member experience.

  • Actively contribute to a culture of feedback, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing with the team.

  • 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing role.

  • Demonstrated interest in commercial property and workspace sectors.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.

  • A solutions mindset and entrepreneurial drive; resilient, self-motivated, and always learning.

  • Experience working with CRM systems and a data-informed approach to decision-making.

  • Familiarity with the Paris market, ideally supported by relevant local experience.
