Leasing Professional – The Edwin | Louisville, KY

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality experience (leasing experience is a plus)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with Microsoft Office & social media
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Saturday availability
  • Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs

Key Responsibilities

  • Tour apartments and close leases
  • Collect deposits and prepare lease agreements
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Support marketing and resident engagement
  • Ensure apartments are ready for tours
  • Provide excellent customer service while following Fair Housing guidelines
