Job Description

The Leave Administration Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies. This role requires expertise in leave administration within the professional services industry, with a focus on delivering exceptional results. The role is hybrid in Washington, DC.

Description

  • Administer and manage all leave of absence programs, including FMLA, ADA, and other applicable leave policies.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws related to leave administration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding leave-related inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all leave cases.
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and legal teams to coordinate leave processes and ensure seamless communication.
  • Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on leave policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze leave trends, providing recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed.
  • Stay current with changes in leave laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

Profile

A successful Leave Administration Manager should have:

  • Bachelors degree (required).
  • Proficiency in Workday (required).
  • Strong knowledge of leave laws and regulations, including FMLA and ADA.
  • Proven expertise in leave administration, preferably within the professional services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive employee matters.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC, 3 days a week.
