We are on the lookout for eager Legacybox Academy Team Members for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, your time will be spent completing your outstanding high school credits and processing orders.
In the classroom, our Learning Lab Instructor will facilitate hands-on, guided learning.
On the production floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by using the latest digitizing equipment to check in orders of family's important milestones trapped on videotapes, film reels, and photos.
The ideal candidate is positive, goal-oriented, reliable, and has great attention to detail. Through this program, you will have the opportunity to cultivate professionalism, problem-solving, self-discipline, work ethic, teamwork skills, and more!
What You'll Do
- Complete your outstanding high-school coursework through guided, one-on-one learning
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by checking in our customer's orders for digitizing
- Meet our team expectations: show up on time, know the process, be proficient, demonstrate excellence
- Meet work-based learning standards through supplemental education opportunities like resume development, college essay writing, public speaking, career exploration, and more
Who You Are
- Will be a 2026-2027 Senior at East Ridge, Brainerd, or another Hamilton County HIgh School in Chattanooga, TN
- Have a goal-oriented approach to daily tasks with excellent attention to detail
- A problem-solver who approaches roadblocks with a positive, innovative attitude
- Basic computer knowledge and technical skills
- Passionate about personal development
- Able to frequently lift up to 10 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Able to stand/walk for 3+ hour shift
- Able to meet minimum output, quality, and process expectations
- Must pass drug test and state, federal, and criminal background check
