Job Description
Atlanta Law Firm seeks a Legal Administrative Assistant (1–3 years’ experience) to support a busy Litigation team. This is a great fit for someone with prior experience as a legal intern or legal admin who is organized, polished, and comfortable in a fast-paced law firm environment.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, revise, and format legal documents and correspondence
Manage calendars, deadlines, and incoming mail
Handle calls and act as a liaison with clients and staff
Maintain case files, contact lists, and matter records
Enter time and assist with basic billing tasks
Support file openings, conflict checks, and reports
Schedule meetings, travel, and conference rooms
Prepare expense reports and administrative forms
Assemble and deliver documents accurately and on time
Provide general team and event support as needed
Qualifications
1–3 years of legal experience (internship or admin)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Interest in a long-term legal career
Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office; iManage or similar DMS a plus
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
