• Previous experience supporting attorneys with matter management, file maintenance, document organization, and prebill review;
• Experience opening and tracking new matters while maintaining accurate and confidential client files;
• Experience Utilizing tools such as Microsoft Office (especially Outlook), iManage, Chrome River, Intapp, and Interaction;
• Work closely with attorneys to identify issues, streamline processes, and keep transactions moving efficiently.
