Description
- Manage attorney assignment desks, calendars, meetings, and daily workflow with strong attention to detail.
- Serve as a primary gatekeeper and liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal legal teams.
- Draft, revise, and prepare correspondence, memoranda, and various legal documents.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, process attorney time and expenses, and assist with billing and collections.
- Develop knowledge of assigned practice groups while contributing to broader team initiatives and department operations.
Profile
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong professionalism and discretion.
- Highly organized multitasker capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong technical aptitude, accuracy, and proofreading abilities.
- A proactive problem-solver and gatekeeper with strong initiative, reliability, and a collaborative team mindset.
- Holds an Associate degree or higher and brings 1-5 years of administrative assistant or paralegal experience.
