Description
- Prepare and refine high‑quality legal documents, correspondence, and memoranda with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage attorney calendars, coordinate travel, and arrange meetings with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Handle incoming calls, review mail, and maintain well‑structured physical and electronic filing systems.
- Support the billing process through time entry, invoice preparation, payment tracking, and basic financial calculations.
- Provide essential office support by maintaining equipment, assisting with reception when needed, and taking on projects.
Profile
- Exceptionally polished communicator with strong writing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to keep up in an environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Team‑oriented, professional, and comfortable interacting with attorneys and senior staff.
- Discreet, detail‑focused, and committed to maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Job Offer
- A 10:00AM-6:00PM schedule with opportunity for overtime.
- Comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary range of $85,000 - 130,000.
