Job Description

The Legal Administrative Assistant will provide crucial support to attorneys, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination for client communications, calendar management, expense reporting, time keeping, and inbox management.. Description

  • Manage and organize legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for attorneys and staff.
  • Prepare and edit legal documents, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Maintain and update client files and databases to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the secretarial and business support department.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, attorneys, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication.
  • Assist with billing and expense tracking to ensure timely processing.
  • Handle additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
