Legal Administrative Assistant

• Answer, screen, and field phone calls from potential and current clients.
• Interview prospective clients by phone, email, or in-person to become familiar with their cases.
• Evaluating prospective clients’ claims to determine whether they are in line with the areas of practice and experience of the firm.
• Request needed documentation and records, including medical records and more.
• Manage analyzing data from marketing sources & provide intel on where the leads originated from.
• Follow up on reviews from social media applications such as Google, Facebook, etc. 

• 1-2 years of progressive Customer Service experience.
• Previous legal support experience not required but a plus!
• Knowledge of medical terminology and health insurance preferred.
• Experience with medical records preferred.
• Ability to type 50 wpm.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with highly effective oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Outlook).
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
