Everstaff is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support attorneys, associates, and paralegals in our Dallas, TX office. This role supports multiple practice areas, including Corporate, Intellectual Property, Litigation, and Real Estate, and is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced legal environment. The Legal Practice Assistant will work closely with attorneys to provide administrative and legal support throughout the lifecycle of matters while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. Salary: $80,000-$100,000 Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Location: Hybrid schedule in Dallas, TX Comprehensive Benefits Package Essential Job Functions Provide day-to-day legal and administrative support to attorneys, associates, and paralegals across multiple practice areas Prepare, revise, proofread, and electronically file pleadings and other legal documents in Federal and State courts Maintain case calendars, track deadlines, and assist with scheduling related to assigned matters Assist with case-related projects, document organization, and workflow coordination Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files in accordance with firm standards Communicate professionally with internal staff, court personnel, and external contacts as needed Provide coverage at the reception desk on an as-needed basis Perform additional administrative and legal support duties as assigned Experience & Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of legal experience in a law firm or professional services environment Experience supporting multiple attorneys and handling varied assignments simultaneously Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a team-based environment Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF editing software required Familiarity with iManage, PowerPoint, and Federal and State electronic court filing systems is a plus If you feel you have the above qualifications, please apply!
