Legal Assistant (Entry-Level) – Remote | Work with a U.S. Law Firm | LATAM Talent

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join a mid-size U.S. law firm in a fully remote capacity. What You'll Be Doing
Provide administrative and operational support to U.S. attorneys and paralegals
Draft and format legal documents, correspondence, and internal communications
Manage case files, deadlines, and document organization
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel when required
Support attorneys with scheduling, follow-ups, and case tracking
Maintain accurate records within legal management systems
This is an operational role with direct exposure to legal workflows and day-to-day law firm operations.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience working with U.S. law firms (required)
Experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar legal support role
Advanced English (written and spoken) with strong professional communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Comfort working with U.S.-based teams and adapting to structured processes
Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
