We are seeking an experienced and proactive Legal Assistant to support attorneys within a collaborative, employment law-focused practice. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in litigation support who is looking to join a team-oriented, low-drama environment where people genuinely enjoy working together.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to attorneys specializing in employment law and civil litigation
- Manage complex calendaring, including court deadlines, filings, and key case milestones
- Assist with litigation processes, including document preparation, filings, and case organization
- Support trial preparation, including coordinating materials and logistics
- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Maintain and organize case files and documentation
- Coordinate with internal team members, clients, and external partners as needed
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative office environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably in a law firm setting
- Experience supporting employment law and/or civil litigation attorneys
- Strong knowledge of law firm calendaring and court deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- Paralegal certification
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
