Job DetailsWe are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our Client's Firm in San Diego. We are looking for a team player with strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional client service. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a transactional legal assistant
Strong administrative skills with expertise in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience supporting real estate development, acquisitions, and transactional matters.
Exceptional word processing and proofreading skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy and able to navigate AIA, AIR, and CAR systems.
