- Calendar management and tracking all time-sensitive legal deadlines accurately
- Preparing, filing, and e-filing documents in court
- Creating document templates, shells, and tables of authority for pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda
- Ensuring court-compliant formatting for captions, margins, fonts, spacing, page numbers, and standard section headers
- Supporting partners with emails, calls, scheduling, document organization, record keeping, note-taking, and meetings
- Assisting with bookkeeping tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and error review
- Organizing files, scanning, faxing, mailing, and running errands for court or delivery
- Preparing conference rooms, ordering meals, and supporting trial preparation as needed
- 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably within plaintiff labor and employment
- Native/professional proficiency in Spanish required, as majority of caseload will involve Spanish-speaking clients
