Provide administrative and substantive support to attorneys and legal staff
Draft, revise, and format legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
File documents electronically with state and federal courts (e-filing)
Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files
Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling hearings, depositions, and client meetings
Prepare discovery materials and assist with document production
Process billing entries and assist with timekeeping

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant in a law firm
Familiarity with insurance defense
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court rules, and filing procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Experience with case management and document management systems
Experience with litigation calendaring and trial preparation
