Women owned law firm operating in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, DC, Virginia, and Florida
A high volume, fast-paced, multi-office law firm representing Mortgage Lenders, Banks and Financial Institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction and REO
Nationally recognized industry leaders in the legal default servicing space

What We Need

Update all internal and external client tracking systems with sales dates and the status of the case
Update client with necessary updates and communicate with client for documents needed.
Prepare everything necessary to ensure a property goes to sale and ensure court has all necessary document to proceed including any necessary fees associated with the sale
Complete workflow and ensure tasks are timely completed
Coordinate hearings and correspond with courts regarding necessary hearings and obtain coverage for hearings
Correspond with courts and newspaper regarding publications for upcoming sale
Perform client requests on time sensitive matters
