Legal Assistant

Education Preference: Any legal education background or experience is preferred.

Required Skills:

• Strong computer proficiency
• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe products
• Ability to effectively multitask across multiple platforms and systems
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Preferred Skills:

• Mid-level legal experience or background is preferred, but not required.

Work Schedule:

• Training period will be fully onsite.
• Once fully trained, the position may transition to a hybrid schedule with 1 remote day per week.
• Please disregard the hybrid schedule listed on the attachment; the schedule outlined above is the correct schedule.

Interview Process:

• Virtual interviews only.

Conversion Opportunity:

• This position has the potential to convert to a full-time employee (FTE) role.
• Conversion decisions will be based on performance during the first 4–5 weeks of the assignment.
