Legal Assistant

Rosasco Law Group is seeking a friendly, responsive, and experienced Legal Assistant to join our team. This role provides direct support to attorneys in a busy and fast‑paced legal environment. The ideal candidate hasa minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Legal Assistant, is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional professionalism.

$23 - $38 hourly

• Provide daily administrative and legal support to attorneys
• Draft, revise, and proofread correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• File legal documents with courts (including e-filing)
• Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate court dates
• Open, organize, and maintain client files
• Handle client communications professionally and confidentially
• Provide general office support, including scheduling, data entry, and reception backup
• General administrative duties as required

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a law firm as a Legal Assistant
• Knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and document formatting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
