This is a transactional position requiring real estate , corporate or commercial lending experience to support transactional practice attorneys. Legal experience required.

Prepare Real Estate documentation, deeds, transfer of tax forms and other related filings. Draft and assemble all loan documentation for closing.

Corporate - review documentation for closing for closing, title and due diligence. File annaula reports, obtain UCC filings and other documentation.

Transactional - Liaison with clients, lenders, brokers and other parties in transactions. Provide tranactional/administrative support.
