Job Description
We are a mid-sized law firm located in the heart of Boston, just steps from South Station. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Paralegal to join our busy Estate Planning and Tax practice. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the production, filing, and service of complex pleadings, multi-exhibit packets, and estate planning documents.
- Manage time entry, billing, and general correspondence with high accuracy.
- Maintain comprehensive file organization for trust and estate matters.
- Draft and review legal documents under attorney supervision.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Wills, Estate Planning, Trusts, and/or Tax law.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Familiarity with legal billing and time-entry software is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Must possess extreme attention to detail and organizational skills to handle complicated filings.
