Executive is looking for ideal candidate who can work as an assistant and receptionist. Seeking full-time entry level candidate who is motivated and looking for a new opportunity as a legal assistant with an exciting growing legal practice. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, ready to work, and wants to try a career in the law.CANDIDATE MUST SPEAK SPANISH!Responsibilities include:
- Administrative skills with excellent typing and grammar
- Answering the phone.
- Communicating with medical providers regarding patient medical record, and how to request bills/records
- Interacting and meeting with clients.
- Excellent computer skills are required: word, excel, etc.
- Proficient in reading, writing and speaking Spanish fluently required.
- Hours are Mon-Fri.
- No experience required.
- Maintaining law firm calendar.
- Social media savvy.
