Saunders Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Secretary to support a busy legal office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.Responsibilities:
- Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments, court dates, and meetings.
- Maintain client files and legal records.
- Answer phones and communicate with clients in a professional manner.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
- Assist attorneys with case management and document preparation.
- Previous legal secretary or legal administrative experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.
