Aspen Careers is partnering with a well-established, mid-sized law firm in downtown Cleveland to identify a detail-oriented Billing Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected firm known for its professionalism, strong culture, and commitment to both clients and employees.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in legal billing (required)
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially grammar, punctuation, and formatting
- Ability to manage high-volume invoicing and multiple billing formats
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with attorneys and staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with legal billing software preferred
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
About the Role:
- Prepare, review, and process invoices for firm clients
- Edit bills for accuracy, including grammar, punctuation, and formatting before distribution
- Manage electronic billing, email billing, and printed invoices
- Process payments (credit card and mail) and support account updates
- Collaborate with attorneys to resolve billing questions and revisions
- Ensure timely, accurate delivery of invoices while maintaining high quality standards
