Job DetailsKey Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of invoice preparation, from prebill editing through final submission
• Edit prebills using Prebill Viewer and Aderant based on attorney direction
• Generate high volumes of complex client invoices accurately and on time
• Ensure all invoices are compliant with individual client billing guidelines before submission
• Submit eBills through EHub with all required supporting documentation attached
• Monitor invoices for rejections, reductions, or appeals and address them immediately
• Respond to billing inquiries from attorneys, clients, and administrative staff
• Contribute to special projects and ad hoc reporting as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a legal biller, required
• Experience or strong background in full life cycle invoice preparation within a law firm or professional services environment
• Proficiency in Aderant or Elite/3E, Prebill Viewer, EHub, and BillBlast strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of complex invoices under strict deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving billing issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the firm
