Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Biller / Accounting Specialist to join a fast-paced, professional services environment. This role is responsible for managing the full billing cycle, supporting accounting operations, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing in a high-volume setting.Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and process client invoices in accordance with billing guidelinesManage full-cycle legal billing, including edits, adjustments, and write-offsSubmit electronic invoices through e-billing platforms (e.g., LEDES formats)Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balancesReconcile billing records and resolve discrepanciesCollaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal teams on billing inquiriesAssist with month-end close, reporting, and general accounting support

Qualifications

3+ years of legal billing and/or accounting experienceStrong understanding of billing processes, AR concepts, and financial reportingExperience with e-billing systems and billing software preferredHigh attention to detail and accuracy in a deadline-driven environmentStrong communication and organizational skills
