Position Overview:

This role is integral to the firm’s financial operations, supporting accurate billing processes while ensuring compliance with complex client requirements and maintaining strong internal and external communication.

● Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and issue client invoices through Elite 3E
Collaborate with attorneys to revise and finalize pre-bills
Oversee high-volume e-billing submissions across multiple platforms, including resolving rejected invoices
Ensure adherence to client-specific billing guidelines and requirements
Partner with attorneys and clients to address billing questions and discrepancies
Support reporting, analytics, and collections-related follow-up

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of legal billing experience within a law firm setting
Proven expertise working with Elite 3E
Strong background in e-billing systems and workflows
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
