Legal Case Manager – Personal Injury

Location: Port Washington, New York

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000/year

If you've built your career managing personal injury cases and negotiating settlements, this is an opportunity to join a nationally recognized plaintiff law firm that has spent more than two decades advocating for injured clients across the country.

You'll work with experienced attorneys on a wide variety of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, labor law, and nursing home neglect. What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters under attorney supervision• Negotiate settlements on behalf of plaintiffs or insurance carriers• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies throughout the life of each case• Maintain accurate case files and ensure deadlines are met• Support attorneys with case preparation and day-to-day case management responsibilities• Deliver exceptional client service while managing multiple cases efficiently

What You Bring

• Extensive experience negotiating settlements for a plaintiff personal injury law firm or negotiating liability claims for an insurance carrier• Strong knowledge of the personal injury claims process• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities• Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and support staff
