Job Description

Immediate need for a talented Legal Clerk. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Mount Pleasant SC (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.Job ID:26-30139 Pay Range: $17.02 - $21.56/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location). Key Responsibilities:
  • Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
  • Operate high-volume duplicating, scanning, and mail processing equipment
  • Maintain copier and printer functionality, performing routine inspections and troubleshooting
  • Handle sensitive and confidential documents with the utmost care
  • Provide excellent customer service to legal staff and clients
  • Assist with hospitality, print/copy/scan tasks, and maintain mail stops
  • Maintain records for management reports and inventory of supplies
  • Deliver completed jobs to designated locations within and outside the site
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 1+ years experience in the Legal Industry is strongly desired
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic computer skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
  • Technical aptitude with printers, copiers, and office equipment
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
  • Related copy job experience
  • Basic electronics knowledge
