  • KYC Refresh: Execute periodic refresh and trigger event reviews, including collection of updated documentation, and backlog management to meet service level agreements
  • Consumer Compliance Operations: Process Consumer Compliance operational queues daily, including consumer manual identity verification requests, privacy requests, and disputes, from intake through documentation review, resolution, and consumer notification
  • Automation: Identify opportunities to standardize and automate manual operations steps, using automation and AI
  • Reporting: Track and report Key Performance Indicators and Key Risk Indicators, including volumes, aging, and backlog, for monthly and senior management reporting
  • Pipeline Review: Review the bi-weekly sales opportunity pipeline with sales representatives to confirm deal status and identify higher risk customers ahead of onboarding, and record outcomes in the team tracker
  • Projects: Participate in cross-functional projects and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business and compliance objectives.

All About You

  • Hands-on experience managing a case queue end to end, including intake, research, documentation, resolution, and closure, while meeting service level agreements
  • Ability to work cases independently with limited supervision, applying written procedures consistently and knowing when to escalate
  • Working knowledge of KYC and Anti-Money Laundering requirements, including Customer Identification Program, Customer Due Diligence, and Enhanced Due Diligence
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and fluctuating volumes
  • Ability to produce accurate, well-documented case files and clear reporting on volumes, aging, and backlog
  • Experience with case management, workflow, or CRM systems (for example Fenergo, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Experience building automation or AI agents to streamline manual operational work is a plus
