This means every fusionSpan employee has the opportunity to develop genuine AI skills - learning by doing, on real work that matters.We are looking for a lawyer or paralegal that can review our business contracts on a as needed basis.Location: This position is 100% remote. The position can be full time or as a part-time remote contract with about 8 hours of commitment a week. Job responsibilities are

Draft new Statement of Work (SOW), and other business contracts as needed
Review existing business contracts templates
Review and address redlines sent by clients
Call with clients and their attorneys
Send late payment collection notice (very rare)
Be available on our internal Slack messenger
Provide quick turn arounds to requests

Understanding of IT services business is expected. There is no litigation expected and this is purely a document review role. We are looking for someone who is very responsive and available via email/phone.
